Boasting wonderful views across the Nith Valley with many private woodland walks, it is the perfect rural retreat, ideal for families and couples alike.

Lounge, kitchen/diner, bathroom with toilet and basin, 3 bedrooms: 1 kingsize and 1 twin both with en-suite shower, toilet and basin, 1 adult bunk.

Electric heating, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, highchair, 2 colour TVs, DVD player, stereo/CD player, washing machine, freezer, microwave, enclosed patio, outdoor furniture, barbecue, ample off road parking. One pet welcome. No smoking, please.  Cooked meals are available at a cost if required.
